I'm not always successful, in fact sometimes I get angry and just want to slap people (and sometimes myself) up side the head LOL, but these are a few rules I try to live my life by:
- The quality of love you put into the world on a daily basis is probably the only thing that really matters.
- Put unexpected positive energy into the world. Don't expect it back
- Avoid fighting other people’s battles
- No gossip. Don’t ever say anything about someone you wouldn’t say to his or her face.
- Treat others with the respect I desire. Stand up for both them and myself
- Don't be afraid. It’s ok if others don't agree with me, or don't like me. That is their choice.
- Listening is generally more important than talking.
- Disagreement, anonymity or stupidity is no excuse for rudeness.
- Be patient with everybody - including yourself.
- Always tell the truth (but not necessarily all of it).
- Love is much more important than being “right”
