woke up with tons of hip pain and nerve paink. though the nerve pain has been a little less than nornal these last 4 days. i'm wondering if all the water i'm drinking these days is helping the pain? it is still frustrating that i don't know what is causing the hip pain and i am unable to find a position to lay in that relieves the pain. even if i get partially comfortable i start havin muscle spasms which cause the hip pain to skyrocket. as for good news my appetite is getting much better. i had enchilados and tamales for lunch and really cleaned it up. now if i could just find a treatment to reduce the hip pain.
